As a lover of nature and our National Parks the effects of global warming and overcrowding concerns me deeply. My wish is that my pictures will move you to help preserve the beauty in our fragile world.

I am a retired electrical engineer and have worked in a variety of industries. I have taught electronics, designed circuits, worked in management, sales, manufacturing and quality. My love of nature brought me to serious film photography when Canon introduced the AE-1 Program 35mm camera.

After years on shooting film I transitioned to digital and gave away all my old gear. I now use a Canon 80D. My wife and I take long camping trips each summer to photograph the national parks. I still prefer nature and landscape photography.

My motto is to “Live life with integrity and a sense of humor.” I have a good sense of humor and don’t take life or myself too seriously. I hope that in time, my friends and family will say that I had laughed a lot and loudly and have lived my life with integrity.
